MY OWN JOURNAL TO LIVE WELL (MOJ) a journal specially created for tweens and teens that is interactive and enables the young person to record their thoughts and feelings about health and wellbeing in their own personal way.

Covering subjects such as resilience, coping strategies, mindfulness, triggers, body image, exercising and eating safely for the growing body and mind.  

This publication has been co-designed by Year 7 students at Trinity School, Carlisle.
