We design, create and facilitate specific publications and courses spanning from KS1 to KS3 and young adults enabling young people to follow a complete journey of wellbeing through their youth- the best bit is that our young people shape the publications and courses themselves through feedback and activity working in focus and development groups. 

With years of experience in the wellbeing industry, it became obvious that our young people need a different way forward when tackling health and wellbeing.

Millions have been spent on deciding what our youngsters need to improve overall fitness, but rarely have they been asked what THEY want. Our society is very much led by teaching from above – down, rather than listening from below – up! 

This is where we come in!

We initially designed MOG (My Own Guide to…) for KS2, through various focus groups with primary school pupils and teachers. This project has adapted vastly over the pilot period, and we now have a dynamic, fun and supportive 6-week course. Through delivery, we were then asked to produce a version for younger children in KS1, this is our Mini MOG, in addition to an older version, My Own Journal to Live Well. ​

Each publication has been designed with actual beneficiaries, therefore tailored to the wants and needs of our young people.

Two members of our specialist team will come to your school or community group for 6 weeks.

During these weeks we work closely with the young people a to advise and learn through activities focussing on the key areas of wellbeing, coping strategies, health, nutrition and exercise.

Each child will receive a copy of the MINI MY OWN GUIDE TO… (Mini MOG). An activity pack tailored to ages 5-7 to take home including: home growth activities they can do with family members a water bottle and activity tools.

+ Our WOW, Wheels of wellness facility will visit the classes 4 times during their 6 week course for bouncing fun!

During these weeks we work closely with the young people to advise and allow them to learn through activities focussing on the key areas of wellbeing, coping strategies, health, nutrition and exercise. Their journal is theirs to keep and should be private to them for work through, makes notes and complete with their own personal feelings and emotions.

Each child will receive a copy of the MY OWN JOURNAL TO LIVE WELL (MOJ). An activity pack to take home tailored to ages  7-11 including: home growth activities they can do with family members a water bottle and activity tools.
